Guaranteed LDE starting job - Must start at LDE so his speed\agility can take advantage of the ROT lack of mobility. I am adding more strength so you will not have to worry about his strength.

1.2 million up front bonus for equipment upgrades. My last team never followed through on the promise for equipment upgrades.

No special teams play...special teams is hard on starters energy.

I will sign a one year deal with your team, if you follow through on your promises and your team is a good fit, I will sign a longer contract at the end of season 10.

If you cannot agree to all of these, please do not contact me. I will get released in the off-season rather than Day 1.

With that strength, you would be a pancake waiting to happen on the left side.

Thanks Jackass! Strength will be 65 by season start, plenty enough to begin the year on the left side. I will continue to increase it.

65 strength is not enough to withstand a double team when they are running to the right side.

If I was game planning against you I would run at you all day. In your game against Manchester you got pancaked 8 times, and in your game against Heidelberg you got pancaked 6 times. Danzig 3 pancakes. Roman 5 pancakes. Etc...etc.....

Its valid. Its what I thought immediately when I saw the build and why I would only hire him if we didnt have anyone on the end. Even then I'd use a DT...
