Strength - 68
Speed - 74
Agility - 74
Vision - 48
Tackling - 48

Stamina & Confidence - 48 after a long while (lvl 40+ or so)

Biggest think I want your opinion on is what if I split EQ half speed and half agility? That'd be around 90 speed and agility. Or is it better to just dump all EQ into either speed or agility?

Speed greater than Agility as far as Season 9 goes. I'm guessing those attributes listed are natural and your trying to decide what route to go with equipment. So I say IMO

100 Speed/ 80 Agility would be alot better than 90/90

80 speed/ 100 agility would be alot better than both of those.

That's because of the Shed Blocks SA right?

it's because of the shed block stun's homie. I'm actually going to swap my DE's equipment from speed to agility once his speed gets up to a respectable amount. I'm sure you're liking that news sir.

So for a 80 / 100 build how much EQ would go into speed?

Agility over speed all day, you need acceleration of the line not speed...

I think speed is still king, but you need to have a good amount of agility.

Agility is the key.

Agility is much more important than speed

Why?
1. Agility means acceleration off the line
2. Most Linemen dont have as high agility as DE's therefore have a harder time keeping up
3. It just is

but speed is still important...you need speed to actually get to the QB if you dont have it you will just get a lot of hurries with not many sacks

Just +6 from custom. You want at least 74 natural speed and +6 from custom. Put all your equipment in agility. But don't necessarily stop at 80 speed, or 100 agility.

Agility DEs are great for producing in most situations. Speed DEs are seeing a resurgence with the DPC because DCs will split them out super wide in obvious passing situations.

are these current numbers or are they goals? IF they are goal numbers i would bump spd/agil to 80+ and str toward 80. I dont think vision really means a hole lot for pass rushing...more important in run stopping. I have a goal for each equipment level...ie 32, 40, 48, etc. If you focus on your main three str, agi, spd and put in eq in spd, agi you can easily be 70,90,90 str, spd, agil by 40. This is pass rush focus only...you will be limited in the run game. If you can play LDE go with the agility model you will still get sacks and be better against the run.
