Yes. Hold off on your sa's for at least 10 more levels though. Also consider that some people believe that you do not need really high blocking for blocking backs and tight ends. yes I know that sounds a bit strange, but the thought is they only need to hit and push on running plays and give the rb a second to get past the defender. Strength is more valuable for pushing back. I would cap blocking at 68 get strength to 74-78 cap depending on how high you want to go, then get your speed and agility up. They need to be enough to keep the running back from running past you before you block a defender. Plus agility helps with blocking. Get agility to 68 first since you get natural gains in it then train up speed as high as you can then work your speed up into the 60's.

You should have some speed for your FB just to keep up with the RB.
