I think there should be a all league that everyone could agree on...........

I think they should be open to all players and there should be a good criteria for this to happen.

Any Idea's for it?

I think each owner should vote and make his own team.......however at least one player from each team should be on his or her team........any other thoughts about thi?

would it be simpler to do all confreness first then make up the all-league roster from those?

I agree. Let's do All Conference, then do All-League. I don't know about 1 guy per team though.

I about 1 guy per team for each of the All Conference teams.....then from those make up the all league?

And the owner, when selecting his All-Star team, can't pick players from his own team. Keeps the "homer-ism" out of the equation.

I like that rule, i would in for that.

Western Conference

One per team could require alot of time to sift through each team's stats. Who do we nominate from Philadelphia and do they really deserve to be on the All Pro Team?

Another league has owners nominating 2 players at each position, one from each conference and you can't put up any players from your own team.

How about this...........each owner can only nominate players from their conference....If you own a team from the eastern conference then you can lonely vote for the eastern conference. And each team cant not vote for his own players.........And each team nomination is for 5 players in your conference.

Maybe go a step further. Each Owner nominate up to 5 of their best players on Offense and 5 on Defense and then we can draw up an All-Conference Team from that pool. Just make sure to add your K or P in that Top 10 nominations somewhere. 12 Teams should give us 120 players to find the top 11 Offensive Guys, 11 Defensive Guys, and a K & P.

That sounds like the best way to do it, but I wouldn't limit the final roster to just first string, IE- at least have a 2nd string all-confreness player/team kind of thing
