thoughts on best VA to start with? Just have my first kicker to that level, and wanted to hear some opinions...

I did Motivational Speaker first. Booming kick is OK too. Laces Out is nearly as worthless as OT Killer, IMO. I'd put points in Soccer Star before that thing.

I believe in investing heavily in Booming Kick for K/O power and Clutch for FGs...that's about it
