1. East St Louis Tire Fires 8. Singapore Buddhist
Regular season: Week 13, ESL 54-24
My prediction: Buddhists have been focused and have reached enlightenment in 6 of their last 8 games. However, an unfortunate matchup against the Tire Fires will keep them from reaching nirvana.

4. Singapore Marauders 5. Cambodia Mountain Men
Regular season: Week 16, Mauraders 77-29
My prediction: Mountain Men will be looking to avenge their regular season finale beat down. Unfortunately for Cambodia, all they will be doing is looking.

2. Bandar Lampung Pigskin Pirates 7. Duluth Bulldogs
Regular season: Week 15, BLPP 35-25
My prediction: Bulldogs have shown potential at times this season, but have also struggled at times. Pirates should be able to win this fairly easily (but not too easily).

3. Pa Dong Dragons 6. Okinawa Leathernecks Matchup
Regular season: Week 13, Pa Dong 29-24
My prediction: This is the game of the week for Naga. Should be a close one, but at the end the Dragons will leave the Leathernecks as nothing but charred remains.

GARUDA CONFERENCE

1. Louisiana Screaming Pelicans 8. Singapore Flames
Regular season: Week 14, LSP 55-9
My prediction: Pelicans will be screaming their victory cry after putting out the Flames.

4. Manila Warlords 5. Sumatra Sting
Regular season: Week 7, Warlords 33-30
My prediction: Garuda's game of the week. This one could go either way, but my gut's telling me to pick the home team. Warlords will send AA's darlings home early.

2. Semarang Red Bulls 7. Bangkok Lightning
Regular season: Week 9, Red Bulls 69-23
My prediction: Bangkok is pretty dangerous when they have their offense clicking. Unfortunately for them, it hasn't been 100% this season. They say Lightning doesn't strike twice. But, they never say that Lightning never doesn't not strike twice. Red Bulls will win this handily.

3. Bangkok Tweetys 6. South Austin Bats Matchup
Regular season: Week 11, Tweetys 34-14
My prediction: My heart is telling me to pick my Bats, but brain is telling me... Well, I can't understand what my brain is telling me. I think I've killed to many brain cells. Oh well, I'm going to pick the Bats even if it's nothing but a homer pick.

GL ESL...best for us to face the best of the conference early and start our offseason so we can start recruiting ASAP.

The Buddhist will do their best to give you a better challenge then our first meeting.

Good stuff. I dont really think Flames has any shot at Pelicans at this point. Their Avatar is just simply too great.

It's worth noting the Warlords/Sting game was won in OT >.>

by the way. In the playoffs you need a 0.5 or higher to enter No team without a winning record is in the playoffs.

9-7 is the lowest you can go if you want in. But with 4 CPUS teams and a few teams that should have had one more season in AAA ball, it is a bit off compared to other leagues.

As much as I REALLY REALLY want that prediction to be true, I don't think it's going to be. We've yet to have a respectable game against them, much less beat them.

Tbh, you guys are unpredictable. You lost to the Cobras and the Warriors. Why would I expect you to beat the Sting and Flames?

I do believe we explained why we lost to those two teams but everyone seemed a bit more interested in labeling it as excuses and writing us off...when we've been able to have consistency with our coordinators we've been right up there with the best in the league.
