Because when three teams are tied head to head it goes to points. Todays 135 probably put us over the top.

Pretty much, I learned that the hard way last year. It pays to run up the score against bad teams.

guess that is what we get for putting cheese dick players in against the dead teams to get them experiance, and damn I was looking forward to playing you all in the playoffs.

its not just point scored.... its point scored - points allowed.

No. First tie breaker is points scored, if that's tied, then it's points allowed.

Hey! I resent that ;p

I mean my margin of victory is 698-55=643 ... of course it is only like 208-46=162 against playoff teams ;D

You don't have to worry about tiebreakers lol. A good example is in my USA AA#3 league. My team is in a 3 way tie for first and we're all 1-1 against one another but because we ran up the score against two really bad teams we're in first place. Two teams are one game behind us at 12-3 so points scored really becomes a big deal.

Of course my team got the 15-0 team for our interconference game so it pretty much means nothing if we can't beat them but at least we'll win any tie breakers. LOL.

Well, it says in this thread, that the first tie-breaker is head to head! So which one is correct??
