We had a great seasons and we are fighting for the championship this year. To season 10 we are building our team even before the season starts because we want to put our strategy on and perform better we also can have more depth.
We will pay maximum salary and bonus for every single player that will play here and everyone will have bunch plays/game. We also will help with equipment funds and anything that the players eventually need. The only thing that we need back is:
1- Players should be created in day 31 (to lvl up early in S 10).
2-Slow-build until our first regular season game (players that keep their 15 SP).
2- Players with good roll.
3- Boosting players (we will boost before our first playoffs game).
4- Custom equips (it's not necessary, but should be better for your player fighting for the starting spot)
5- Commited players that follow some kind of sense in their builds.

Here some more information:
We always have a great OL and great rushing, but our focus is to equal things after a time and QB's are doing a fine job here.
In defense we like to have speed LB's, CB's and DB's. At the DL we like to have the big and strong guys, DE could have agility.
We already have a build guide to help everyone that need it. This build guide was created by some experienced GM's and it was used in a talented team, that won almost everything since season 3.
