At level 12 it would be hard to hand pick a better piece. Maybe +1 speed +1 FS but I think I'd rather have the QC.

I currently have a Return Specialist piece, and I just rolled a One Handed Catch SA. I do returns on my team for Kickoffs, but there are others who could probably do it. Should I switch out? they're both gloves, so I can't have both.

I am not too crazy about One Handed Catch, have not seen it work too often. But don't worry about being a Return Specialist, it is ok early in your career. But when you get into the 40's, a CB is the only way to go for a KR/PR.
Focus on your WR abilities I say.

I've seen HBs be quite dominant doing returns,also, the pro team I'm on forces a lot of fumbles against teams that use CB returners.
As for the AEQ, it's the best you're likely to fnd without spending a LOT of shopping tokens.
