With 2 games left in the regular season and playoffs just around the corner.. I would love to get some feedback from both alpha and zeta players who you feel performed well enough to rep your conference... also if its possible i would like to get allstar committee together and discuss what the qualifications of a pro bowl bid should be... we have power rankings... we having tipping.. and now thanks to Coach F.. we have our own media outlet... these are just a few reason why Western Europe Pro is so much fun... Lets keep it rolling

It would be great if each coach(owner) and one GM per team could vote on his conferences all star team, after week 16, so we could sent ballots to someone, and after the 1st round of the playoffs the Squads would be revealed.

A committee might be too one-sided, a chance for everyone involved in the conferences would make a greater reflection of the best players.

i was thinking of that exact same thing. Cause i have a player in another league and all of the team owners only are all sending one guy their picks and then hes adding them up and posting the winners. Plus it would make it better so people would complain less since it was just my thoughts on mid season team. This way it is a majority vote from everyone. But there shoudl be a rule, no voting for anyone on your own team.

I agree with Boble, I think each owner should have to vote for 2-4 players at each position who are not on their team. The votes should be sent via PM to a person who will add them up and name an all-star squad, First-team, second-team and possibly honorable mention.

Also I think that an important thing in this process will be the owners and players hyping their people up in this thread. Otherwise owners will just go to the league leaders page and vote for the top guys there.

yeah i think the owners votes is a good idea... 2-4 players from each position but i dont think GMs need to get a vote as they can just talk with the owners about who they think and then owner can just send in one form. cuts down the amount of shit to sort through. Now, the real question is who is going to be brave enough to take over this daunting task of sorting through all the votes and compiling the info into a complete list?

Should we have one person that compiles everything for both conferences or do we try to find one person per conference?

I think 1 for each conference, it's a lot of work tallying all those positions up.

yep, plus I think each owner should only vote on his conference, as I have no idea who is good in alpha, so it would not be the impression, but just the pure stats.

Instead of a 1st and 2nd team, I'd go for a alpha and zeta team, or did you think of a alpha 1st and 2nd, and zeta 1st and 2nd?

I guess no, but it depends, how many owners will take part, I'm not to sure, if all owners will vote.

Another idea might be to limit the number of players you can vote on from a single team, like say nominate max 5 or 6 players from one team, it would also allow more teams to have allstar players.

I think no. Otherwise there will be a lot of players receiving 1 vote and it just adds to the headache. Restricting to other teams' players only will help eliminate biased votes.
