IMO, the build is an easy 8.5/10. And honestly, I'd like to see str/tck to second caps really.

Disagree . . . I like catching and jumping as much as anyone, but I wouldn't softcap confidence this early.
I agree with you that tackling is too high--IMO strength>tackling for a SS.
And I definitely disagree about speed and agility. If he was a CB, I would make an EQ switch, but for a safety you neec 100+ speed at least.
