yes, and it should be pretty effective.
both pieces of AE are very good. do either come with an attribute bonus? if the DT is neglecting strength for speed, i'd go with blitz, if he's a strength/agility monster, go with break block

break block IMO. blitz only helps vs the pass. break block is a great bonus for every down.
