I am going to create a SS soon and would appreaciate any advice, tips, etc. you guys may have on how to best build a great one.

So if you could start your SS build over from scratch, how would you go about making him?

I wouldn't restart my SS's build. He's pretty good now. But I'd keep a balanced build.
