I think it will be 28 but if it's 34 and I only got lvl 28 we will be over leveled..
We need players who are BOOSTER or if not, player who are on the cap level or will be on cap level (28 or 34)
And if you can BOOST for season 9(this season) of 3 level and re-BOOST of 3 level in season 10(next season) tell it!!! You will be my starter for sure!!
