QB vision check - it gives them a preference to dump offs rather than getting sacked. Bort has it set way too high for DEs to actually get any sacks. Supposively Bort tone it down a bit last month, but the results are minimal.
So in reality it's really nothing DE build can do as the QB vision check is not a check-off against the DE build (like blocking), but simply QB's own calculation. If the QB has high vision check he's not going to get sack by anybody.

You can't get sacks because at that strength, agility and speed, you've built a run stopping end, not a pass rusher. Use common sense!

He's got 13 hurries, there's obviously no problem getting off the line and getting to the QB. I seriously don't know how more str, agi will help. 25 is not plenty of sacks.
Also, I didn't say nobody can get sacks anymore. Just that if you play a QB with a high Vision Check then you're out of luck. You will still get sacks, but when your DE has tons of hurries in a given game then it's not your build, but the QB's vision check. He can have 30 more speed, agility, and strength and it won't make a difference on a QB with high vision check.
