+1 Your team is still in the early stages...this is expected as a growing pain. You need to check out more stats for every game. Look at how many passes are dropped. That alone should make you feel better, but if not, check out the sacks and hurries. You may want to mess with some of your tactics(slider bars), to see if it helps a little. I think that you build looks great. I would keep building throwing, and keep training vision. I agree that vision is > than strength. I doubt you need much more than 55-60 stength ever.

True...low confidence is a problem...especially when on a bad team which makes it worse. However I think his real problem would be the people surrounding him and the offense AI. I attribute most of my QBs success to the other players he plays with and the great OCs I have.
