-Congrats to the Monarchs for winning their first game!
-With that loss, it looks that the THUNDEr seem to be currently out of the hunt for a playoff spot.
-Luckily for Aberdeen, they have the tiebreaker over Greenwood, so for Greenwood to get into the playoffs they're going to have to finish with a BETTER RECORD than both West Wales and Aberdeen. Both Greenwood/Aberdeen have the Monarchs and WuJax left so it seems to be a wash at this point.
-Valiant effort by Team Perkis against e-City. Valiant enough that the winning team is getting jumped..
-Well, I can honestly say at this point, ATOIAF is a true winless team, no flukes. At the beginning, they played everyone close, but now it seems they gave up trying.
-Back to back close losses against similar record teams have left Stockholm out of the race for a first round playoff spot. Ouch.
-The Pimps just can't get back on track, despite keeping it close against Korb. Could they be left out of the playoffs? Needless to say, I can't keep predicting you guys!
-On another note, how funny would it be if the Pimps/Antwerp teams both missed the playoffs? Ha, ha, ha..

An interview with Joebarber Owner of the Rivals Mainboard Pimps
Can you tell us a little about yourself?
I'm 24 and I work in collegiate athletics. I don't particularly like Asian food and I like to travel.
When did you purchase your team?
The PIMPs have been around since season 1. kalkmanc owned the team for 5 or 6 seasons and then passed it off to me. 80% of the people on the PIMPs came from the Rivals.com national recruiting board (the Mainboard). This is probably one of the things we are most proud of, we are still winning with most of the same agents from the beginning.
How do you feel about the way the season is going?
So far it's looking solid. Our two losses are games that we were at least competitive in, which is really what you want to look for as the season goes by. The backhalf of our schedule is an absolute bear though, so it should be interesting.
What do you think about the Sim compared to last season?
Light years ahead of last season. I still think that the best sim was probably season 6.
Who do you see winning the Championship?
Other than the PIMPs?
Black Forest Mercs, with Stobie now doing the offense, that team is too loaded with talent not to win.
If Bort were to add something to the game what would you want it to be?
Scrimmages between your own offense and defense where both sides could test plays without other teams seeing them.
Have you built any rivalries and if so who with?
You could probably do an HBO documentary on our rivalry with Antwerp. It's always a lot of fun when we get together with those guys. The rivalry has everything from last minute plays to win games, to "curses," to Antwerp getting beat by our slow build team. There is always a lot of chatter on the boards about our games and bragging rights are always huge.
Do you believe in Aliens or Ghosts?
Aliens yes, Ghosts no.
Anything else you would like to add before we part ways?
I would like to give a thank you to my coordinators Jiddy78 (OC) and raidersrock (DC), those guys make it all happen for us.
Oh, and Brutus has sex with lawnchairs
