You're at so low of a level that I would retire and slow build. slow build strength until you get the % trained into the 90 %'s then put SP's in it until the 74 cap. Then you can train strength a couple times and get another point out of it. While doing this do the same with blocking. Then cap agility and speed. Post again when you get that all done, it could take some time
