LA Tsunami vs. South Georgia Falcons

I'd like to start some trash talking, but South Georgia has been classy all year and are pretty big favorites in my eyes so there's not much room for arrogance on our part. We do bring the number 1 rushing game in the conference against a team that is only giving up 62 yards per game. Big Boff will need a solid performance to give LA a chance to win.

The winner seals the deal for top seed in the Zeta bracket unless there is a HUGE upset after this game.

gonna be an awesome game, i posted in another thread, but, i'll post it here as well, i know i have a lot of work to do and i'm sure my Sunday will be spent doing a lot of gameplanning for the Tsunami. I love it though, the anticipation before the game, waiting while the game is being played, and then going over the game with a fine toothed comb. I really don't think we are a big favorite or favorite at all really. Both squads are 54 overall ratings, and have put up plenty of nice wins, so it's gonna be a intense battle the whole way i'm sure. I wish the game was in 30 mins...lol

I'm glad the game is not for a few days. I have a very busy work schedule and will need to give up some sleep time to go our planning.

Well, after a Sunday full of GLB time, the Falcons are ripping ready to go. I spoke to the team today and all the players are very excited to be playing in a game of such magnitude. There was also a strict curfew of 9 pm on all players for tonight, to ensure they are all at 100% for tomorrow night's game.

I'm about to watch the game, but just looking at the stats, you guys caused us to fumble the ball 3 times, and it is sure tough to win a game when you have 4 turnovers. We threw one int but you guys did too, so they evened out. It looks like we won the yardage war by about 40 yds, and only punted 3 times, but you guys won where it counted, on the scoreboard. Great game guys! Hopefully, we'll meet late in the playoffs.

You guys drive down and put up a FG on your opening drive, then kick off to us and we fumble the 1st time we touch the ball.

Great game. Turnovers will kill you and we won that battle today. I actually watch the game play by play keeping score in my head before I look at the total numbers and it was a great game to watch if you did not know the outcome. Good luck the rest of the way and hopefully we can both make it into the conference championship game for a rematch.

no doubt, i'm gonna enjoy watching the entire game, because in a game like this, whether you win or lose, you learn little things about your own team that definitely help fine tune things. Great game

well, here we are again. i guess the pressure is on you guys to put us away again. The Looters have picked the LA team to take the Conference Crown. The Falcons are gonna be training super hard. I'm hoping the 3 turnovers lost against Anchorage today is our bad t.o. game out of the way, and we hold on to the ball from this point on.

The second time is always harder but I expect it to be a very competetive game. I always take the approach of the underdog and expect the worse. Good luck this time around.
