Look man, I wanted to believe that Wall helped to get sacks too, but sometimes you've got to admit when you're wrong. The underlined statement is after the Wall description, and if you read it it says "Active on passing plays (either passing only or both rushing and passing plays) and thus possibly affected by the new stun effect:", and it's referring to the SAs listed afterwords.
