Welcome to our first annual Africa A Division Draft! Rules are stated below:

**********Drafting***********
There shall be 4 rounds on day 1, 6 round on Day 2, At least 2 teams from each division must be in the draft. If the event occurs where no one meets one of the requirements below, I will send a message to the Owner of the many spots that are available after teams that have qualified.
You will have a time-limit of 20 minutes to make your pick on the first day, and 8:00 minutes the second day. If you do not make a pick within the time-limit given, I will make a random pick for your team. If you do not sign the player within 2 days, the player MUST be released into free-agency until youu or a team WITHIN THE AfRICA A LEAGUE can sign someone. PLAYERS THAT SIGNED UP FOR THE DRAFT IF YOU RECEIVE A CONTRACT OFFER FROM A TEAM THAT IS NOT FROM THE A LEAGUE AND ACCEPT, YOUR PLAYER WILL BE EXPELLED FROM OUR DRAFT FOREVER!!!
**************************Qualifications*****************************
1) Must be in the African league
2) Must have at least 1 win in the pre-season, AND regular season
3) You must have at least 7 level 15s or higher & send links of your team and the players to give me proof
4) List of GMs you have on your team
******************Player Qualifications*******************
1) Must be level 15 or higher
2) Must buy eqipment
3) Must have been on GLB for 3 GLB years
4) No Kickers or Punters are allowed for the First year of drafting
5) Must have $10000 in cash on hand right now as you post your player

... All Africa League teams will be allowed, a change in plans.
