Jumping then confidence undoubtedly. It helps alot with ball deflections and diving tackles. Confidence helps limit the effects on players both long and short term. For example it can help an SS rebound after he misses a tackle (so that he doesn't miss one again) and it can also help him keep his moral up after a string of loses.
