What attributes are key and what direction should i go in???

You have to get high str vision speed and agility. tough to do.

Exactly right. But I wouldn't go in that order...

Speed agility str vision tackling. I say vision after str because you will want it high but str has more priority for a build like this. It's what I am doing with my level 23 linebacker. you can follow him if you want. I will leave his build open for a while. right now I am going straight up to 61 str. then I will work his vision up to about 55-61. depends on when I feel like stopping. then after I will probably work on tackling. I am pretty much modeling him after my S.S but better. So I know this will work.
