Warrior General Games

I have noticed a lot of other leages are naming players for pro bowl and thought that it would be cool to do it here as well.

I suggest that only team owner and maybe GM should vote and that we make a Alpha and Zeta team.

I have copied the rules from one of the others leages as a suggestion on how it could be done

Rules:
1) You can't vote for players on your team or your own player
2) You can only vote once
3) Voting will close once the final game of the season is completed.
4)2x CB means vote for 2 CB.

The not voting for players on your team thing is silly. Chief Brighthorse is the obvious selection at HB, but I can't pick him.

Yeah, so is what I said. Not trying to be hostile, just making a suggestion.

I think it would be better for every team owner/GM to nominate all the players they think are worthy, because they know their players well, and then some objective independant person can sort thru those nominated.

I think it's better if you can't vote for the players on your top as GG said. It's way too subjective. I see my team's players play every game and every big play they make. I see other teams an equal amount so it's much more fair.

Are we going to wait till end of season to vote?

I'd prefer to submit a complete and objective ballot, rather than one that excludes some very good players that are on the same team that I am.

Wow I just browsed through his comment. I'd have to think that at least 75% of every person's votes would probably be for players on their team. As long as their over level 10 and they're not terrible players... If the players that are on your team are truly is the best player in the league at that position, then others should see that. It'd be sad to see most of the votes for a player just come from his own teammates that want to see him win.

Let the owners vote.

No. I'm saying every owner should put forth a list of players they think deserve mention as pro-bowl candidates.

Then someone else, an arbitor, sits down and decides who should actually be selected.

Like, I know my players better than anyone. I could nominate my TE, my C, my HB, my QB.

Other owners are doing the same.

Then someone sits down and objectively chooses which players from THOSE nominated become pro-bowlers.

There's also a bubble list of players who just missed out but worthy.

So I might have only 5 players I as owner strongly recommend as candidates.

I think GG has the best plan so far, but maybe after the players have been nominated the owners can vote the players. Think it will be difficult to find a objective person to make the nominations

Hagaketa is pretty objective.
