My CB's are only on Level 6 right now, but my advice would be leave jumping alone, as it's already too high. Cap speed with SP and train agility and vision. Once speed is capped, put SP in to agility and train vision/catching.

Jumping is not "too high". However, you did it a little too soon. CBs three most important abilities are spd/agi/vision. Those should be your focus for a long time.
