Cap vision...

Train Strength/tackling if your going for a so called hybrid.

Good LBs are hard enough to build when they have a focus. Trying to balance between run stop and coverage will get you an average LB.

Sure but expect to get put on the Outside LB depth chart. The trouble with MLB is you need tons of caps, spd, agi, str, vis, tck all double capped; makes for a level 40 build.

The best way to do this would be to start off as an outside LB, pushing spd/agi/vis all to third caps, then come back for two caps in str and tck.

That's exactly what I try to do with my lvl 32 MLB.
His build without eq :

Strength 53.19
Speed 69.93
Agility 69.19
Jumping 16.93
Stamina 22.19
Vision 53.19
Confidence 21.19
Blocking 16.93
Tackling 38.19
Throwing 9
Catching 16.93
Carrying 8
Kicking 9
Punting 9

What should I do next ? Train stamina / confidence because he begins to need it ?
Double cap vision / tackling / strength first ?
Do I need jumping ?

I wouldn't worry about third capping vision until level 55 or so. but second capping it next is a good idea. training sta/cnf and sta/jmp is probably good too.
