-The Danes reach 8-0. C'mon guys, is Portland gonna have to clean up the mess in a championship game or something? Someone's gotta take em down!
-My #1, Stockholm, goes down to the Knights, who were just waiting to bust out.
-Graz seems to have lost it.. And I also seem to have been really over looking West Wales. Damn guys, impressive schedule so far.. My apologies!
-I really don't want to see ATOIAF get relegated so someone go easy on em!
-Cardiff kept the Musketeers heads from getting too hot with a good win.
-It seems the Philharmonic has successfully escaped relegation, assuming they don't gut at the end of the season.
-The Volunteers got the wood laid to em by Bonn.. Yeah I think we can count em out.
-Madrid could be a below average playoff team in Alpha. They can putup points, no doubt.
-One of the best guards on E-City has 4 in quick cut from AEQ. Just felt like sharing. ;]

Still watchin Zeta like crazy. Not only do the top 10 or 11 teams have a chance to make the playoffs, but they have the chance to make the #1 seed. That's how close it is right now.

An interview with rc5star owner of the Turin THUNDER


1. Can you tell us a little about yourself?

I'm 32 with 2 kids and 1 more on the way. I just moved way out in the burbs of Detroit, MI but since it is closer to Ann Arbor maybe it is there burbs…. anyway moving sucks!!!!!!!!!!!. Thanks to all my GLB peeps who helped me move this last weekend!! I have worked at an engineering firm for the last 10 years as a design engineer and for the past 3 or 4 years we have been working on production or concept MRAPS for the military. It’s really some super cool stuff and it helps out the troops. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MRAP_(armored_vehicle)

2. When did you purchase your team?

I purchased the Thunder at the beginning of season 3 and had created a bunch of players during season 2 so I ended up with a roster of about 33% on my own players. Over the seasons I have swapped or requited other players and got rid of my own. I currently only have 4 of my own players on the team.

3. How do you feel about the way the season is going?

Losing close games sucks but at least were in them. I think were 3rd from the bottom in average level so we really need to have solid game plans and scouting to stay competitive.

4. What do you think about the Sim compared to last season?

Though we did not spam the Strong I run it was about 40-50% of our offense so I have had to do a ton of scouting to look for things I can try and exploit. I do think the fumbles are a bit out of hand (but only when it makes us lose).

5. Who do you see winning the Championship?

I’m thinking the Rage or the Bolts. I would like to see the Rage win it. I love what Mavooo and Lrats bring to the forums so I would like to see them win it (if not us )

6. If Bort were to add something to the game what would you want it to be?

Offensive play creator. I think Bort did an good job coming up with the plays in the playbook but there are so many other things I would like to run sometimes but cant find any thing close. This, more than anything, pisses me off.

7. Have you built any rivalries and if so who with?

I would have to say Bonn. Though they usually beat us in the regular season we have eliminated them in the playoffs the last few seasons in some epic games.

8. Do you believe in Aliens or Ghosts?

I believe in GLB, porn and driving very fast.

9. Anything else you would like to add before we part ways?

I would like to thank mikehomie my DC who is an absolute genius. He comes up with stellar game plans every game but does not hit the forums a lot so never gets his name out. If it wasn’t for the O putting him in the whole all the time (see stupid fumbles) we would be doing a bit better.

I would also like to thank all the great agents on my team.

I don't like that both of you picked the Black Knights to win. We've been doing fine when you pick against us. Now you have me afraid.
