I'm a level 13. I need to find a team. Any advice you have on anything would be helpful too.

Put all your equipment into speed. Don't put anymore points into special abilities. Get your main attributes to their cap levels, and find a thread about building players. Your player is still young and you can develop him from the base you have. It's just going to take a few seasons to get him up with other corners at the same level as yours with better builds.
