Something like this
Once we hit the halfway point of the season we will start this nominating and voting process:
Step 1 (mid-season): Each owner will be asked to nominate 2 players at each position from their conference. You may nominate a maximum of 1 player from each position from your own team.
Step 2 (last week of regular season): Each owner will be asked to nominate any players not on the nomination list that they feel should be included in the voting. You may add no more than 2 of your own players.
Step 3 (during the playoffs): Each GM will be messaged an official ballot to select the All-Pro team. The leading vote getter will be named 1st team. The 2nd leading vote getter will be named to the 2nd team. All those nominated that received at least one vote will be named honorable mention. During this phase, owners MAY NOT vote for players on their own team.
Positions on the first team will be:
QB(1)
HB(1)
FB(1)
WR(2)
TE(1)
OT(2)
OG(2)
C(1)
DE(2)
DT(2)
LB(3)
CB(2)
FS(1)
SS(1)
P(1)
K(1)

yes it works but i fear that if a team has a lot active agents they will pick players of their own team and therefore loss some of the value
