I plan on making a linebacker soon. I've never made one before so some early pointers would be great. I plan on making him a quick/fast linebacker who can easily get off blocks to stuff the run and rush the passer. What Special Abilities and Player Attributes are worth investing in? Thanks.

personally, i would stay away from SA's aside from the custom equip boost if you plan to buy it

Expect to focus on speed and agility if you wanna go fast, quick pass rusher.

You picked a tough position to build. Patience is key.

a certain amount of speed and agility are necessary regardless you're going to do with him. plan on getting speed and agility to the soft cap at least, before working on other attributes.

Depends. I split mine between agility and speed usually, so that I have flexibility wrt buying AEQ later on. A MLB could even split 3 ways. Speed or speed and agility are the safest/easiest way to go though.
