We're 6-0 and currently in first place in Oceania AAA2 and the favorite to advance out of Zeta. Now it's not 100% guaranteed we'll win it all, every team that reaches the playoffs will be out to shoot us down, but in reality we have the weaponry to get the job done.
I'm already looking at the roster for season 10 and looking at the players and team philosophy going forward. I want to step into Pro and compete, anything less is a total failure.
The Gunners came into existence in season 3 and have made the playoffs every season since. Our regular season record is 87-15 (.853) and that can be attributed to excellence in builds, gameplanning and management. We've stayed on pace with or ahead of all the waves Bort kicked into the sim pool and I don't want to stop now. A second generation of Gunners is already on its way and now that we have a little more information about decline, a transfer of power is currently being arranged. The target is Oceania Pro and once we get there, I never want to give up the ground we have fought so hard to gain.

- the team forum is active enough, we're all old hat at this by now and it stays busy enough for me. It's not Grand Central Station but it's also not a ghost town. It is what you make of it. If you're a hard core Dot, so am I and we can accomodate that. If you're a casual Dot, as long as you maintenance your player and follow orders, we have a place for you too.
-Our dots are from the ghettos and corn fields of season 1 and 2. We built them to the best of our ability with limited information and no experience and for the most part, we squeezed the most we could from them. We're looking to get stronger, faster, meaner and tougher.
What we're looking for:
-Well built players to dominate at their position, levels don't mean much but the down to down ability to make a play does.
-All positions will be considered. I have a high level of loyalty to the dots that got us to where we are today, but I'd be a fool to pass up a major upgrade.
-I would like position specific builds over combo builds. It's about dominating at what you do instead of doing multiple things at a mediocre level.
-We're a passing team primarily, so builds should skew that way. I can answer any questions about how to get there.
High Priority:
LB- due to retirement and other commitments, we will have 2-3 openings
OT- due to inactivity we'll have 1-2 openings
LG- someone built well to deal with the menacing horde of LB and DT's coming his way
DE- someone that will rip the qb's head off and play marbles with it
P- over 40 yards average would be good
K- Ability to nail 50 yarders with regularity
Low Priority:
If you think you're better than what I have at any other position, let me look you over. Like I said before, I'd be a fool not to upgrade if you're massively better than the dot standing in front of you.
There is also a second generation of Gunners that currently are spending time on other teams. I'm going to consolidate them all onto one team in the offseason and get them trained up in all things Gunner. Levels range from 17 to 25 and we have some holes to fill.
