This thread can be used for discussion, but I want to keep it as a placeholder so we know what teams have clinched, and what teams can clinch based on upcoming games.

WESTERN CONFERENCE

The following teams have clinched playoff berths:
Atlanta, Seattle, Portland, Sacramento, Coruscant, Dallas

Week 16 Scenarios:
1] Atlanta can clinch home field advantage throughout the USA BBB #6 playoffs with a win against Miami, and a Cleveland loss, provided Atlanta outscores Cleveland's offense by 193 points.
2] Atlanta can clinch home field advantage throughout the WC playoffs with a win OR losses by Portland and Seattle.
3] Portland can clinch home field advantage throughout the WC playoffs with a win AND a Seattle loss AND an Atlanta loss.
4] Seattle can clinch home field advantage throughout the WC playoffs with a win AND an Atlanta loss.
5] Louisiana can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR a loss by Minnesota. Also, Louisiana can clinch a playoff berth with a loss AND a win by Fort Worth AND a win by Minnesota provided Louisiana scores 67 more points than Fort Worth or 72 more points than Minnesota.
6] Fort Worth can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR a loss by Minnesota. Also, Fort Worth can clinch a playoff berth with a win AND a Louisiana loss AND a Minnesota win provided Fort Worth scores 6 more points than Minnesota.
7] Minnesota can clinch a playoff berth with a win AND a loss by Fort Worth. Also, Minnesota can clinch a playoff berth with a win, a loss by Louisiana AND a win by Fort Worth provided Minnesota outscores Fort Worth by more than 6 points.

The following teams have been mathematically eliminated:
Montana, Riverside, San Francisco, Gotham City, Mid-Pac, Houston, St. Paul

EASTERN CONFERENCE

The following teams have clinched playoff berths:
Miami, Cleveland, Las Vegas, Chocolate City, Georgia, Chicago, North Carolina

Week 16 Scenarios:
1] Miami can clinch home field advantage through the USA BBB #6 Playoffs with a win.
2] Miami can clinch home field advantage through the EC playoffs with a win OR losses by Cleveland AND Las Vegas.
3] Cleveland can clinch home field advantage through the USA BBB #6 playoffs with a win AND a Miami loss.
4] New Jersey can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR a loss by St. Louis OR a win by Bud Dry. They can also clinch with a loss AND a Bud Dry win AND a St. Louis win, provided Bud Dry does not outscore them by 21 points and provided St. Louis does not outscore them by 65 points.
5] St. Louis can clinch a playoff berth with a win AND a New Jersey loss AND a Bud Dry loss. They can also clinch if Bud Dry wins, but they must outscore Bud Dry by 43 points in this scenario.
3] Bud Dry can clinch a playoff berth with a win AND a loss by New Jersey AND a win by St. Louis provided Bud Dry outscores New Jersey by 21 points and provided St. Louis does not outscore Bud Dry by 43 points.

The following teams have been mathematically eliminated:
Milwaukee, Liberty City, Nashville, College Station, Chicago

Alright well New Jersey plays Cleveland so they SHOULD lose

And we play Nashville, a game we SHOULD win


So if all goes as it should we should be in the playoffs this week, awesome

These next two games against CCC and ATL will be almost like playoff games already. Need to keep the gladiators off our asses.

The EAST is the BEAST!!! And the top 2 teams better hope they don't slip up these next few games because Las Vegas standing right there in wait!

Cleveland did us all an injustice by winning that damn game against us - you single handedly undid what we were trying to do and that is help us/you become #1 and #2 in the league - lol! Is there anyone who isn't rooting for CCC and ATL?

Either way, we are waiting in the weeds and we can't wait for the playoffs!

Yeah, I am not rooting for CCC and ATL. Either way, this stretch will tell me where my team is at, either a contender or pretender. Here is to CCC and ATL going down

If it makes you feel any better we benched our starting DE today.



























Because we signed a level 15 DE to take his place. Uh oh, we just got better and deeper.

All joking aside, we have a test with Georgia before we play you and will have to play on hard because that game is more important for us to hold the #4 seed. The last time we played on hard everyone's energy levels were down around 50 and we couldn't recover the next week. So looks like you will get us on normal or relaxed at less than full strength.

Week 14 clinch scenarios update:

WESTERN CONFERENCE
1] Coruscant can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR a Fort Worth loss.
Coruscant wins, 33-0
2] Dallas can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR a Minnesota loss.
Dallas wins, 20-6

EASTERN CONFERENCE
1] Chicago can clinch a playoff berth with a win.
Chicago wins, 35-3
2] North Carolina can clinch a playoff berth with a win AND a New Jersey loss.
North Carolina wins, 9-5 - New Jersey loses, 6-22

I will update the clinch scenarios and clinched/eliminated teams in the first post for Week 15.
