I saw a few other leagues doing this as well, I like this idea too, on top of the MVP voting. I'll submit some candidates as well.

Why don't we start with one position at a time. Each team could submit their man but has to vote for another player similar to the MVP award. We would have a few days to make it happen since there are 3 games left. Maybe 5 positions per day?

How many nominations can we do per team?

Well, disregard my above post, it seems that we are going to do individual balloting per position. So, if you have 2 killer CB's, go ahead and put em up. Most people should only have one candidate per position, and I highly doubht we will have that much participation.

How about each team can nominate 3 or 4 players from each side of the ball. Then after week 16 everyone votes on 1 player(not from their team) for each position. Open the voting to either all GM's and owners, or everyone.

Oddly, our highest leveled CB dis not have as good a season statistically as these two.

Man, 3-4 isn't enough, doesn't do some players justice We don't want to be like MLB, where even the worst team have an all-star (which most of the time they don't belong and takes away from someone who deserves to be there).

If you have just a first team, it's plenty.
