OH man, retire him and start over.
This time don't put any skill points into special abilities until at least level 30.
TO make a good cornerback:
First off train speed/agility on intense, and DONT APPLY ANY SKILL POINTS!! Don't apply skill points until you have enough skill points to get speed up to 60 . Then train agility and vision, and don't apply any skill points until you can get agility up to 48. Then train jumping/stamina while pumping skill points into vision until its at 48 too.
That should get you off to a good start
