Anyone had any major success or failure with any VA's. I think we were all put a loss when all the good WR VA's were nerfed (except sure hands).

Please post if you have something worth spending VA points on.

Sure Hands. Drops have all, but disappeared in high level WRs IMHO. My WR had a ton of drops and they have completely disappeared. Why waste points in Sure Hands if the problem it addressed is no longer happening?

I sunk my 10 into Sure hands and now I'm sitting on 5 with no idea/plans on spending any more until a) VA's are changed b) new VA's are added or c) i save up 15 points to put into streaky.

Since you get to reset every season, or you are waiting for new VA's which ensure a reset then you might as well sink them into something so you get the benefits of them.

Bort said that the "seasonal reset" probably isn't going to happen anymore.

Ball Hawk, Slippery and Sure Hands. No significant difference in performance this year.

But YAC is way up so far.

Does Ball Hawk help a WR??

I can see it helping a DB make up ground.

But unless the QB knows the WR will be getting a sudden SPEED BURST (cause it doesn't activate until the ball is in the air right?) and leads him more, I don't see this helping a WR???

It only helps on bad throws

QB's don't lead more with Ball Hawk, It only works for WR on a bad throw.

Ball Hawk sucks
either that or my QB is so good that I never need it

and it will help more on long (inaccurate) throws because there's more time for BH to be active and have time to adjust...

I have 15 in quick feet 14 in Sure hands and 2 in YAC. Not much difference in seasons performance yet but he did move up to a tougher league and the toughest teams were in the front of the schedule. I saw about 4 yds improvement with YAC per catch in the preseason when I had it maxed at 15. Should have kept that there imho...
