Has anyone else seen after games the Moral of your entire offense is way down.
Some at like 14 after the game even though its a 48-0 W for your team??

I'm not understanding this, but am wondering if it has something to do with the ball control offense we use...

Any answers here would be great.

Your confidence is probably too low across the board. Usually after a big win like that almost everyone has pretty good morale if they have good confidence.

I'm having the same problem... even with big wins, defensive morale is fine but offensive morale is in the toilet. Mostly this happens with my QB and WRs.

Morale in this game is partially about team performance and partially about individual performance. A WR that's dropped passes, but is 40 points ahead will still be upset that he's losing. I almost think it should be 50-50. Regardless of how crappy you individually are doing, wouldn't you still be pretty happy to walk away with a win?

Thanks everyone, makes a lot of sense, and I'll keep reading into things.

Cheers

Moral looks broken to me. Our backup QB was 9/9 in one game and ended with 58.

My offense is regularly low, sometimes below 50. My defenders are never below 95.

Seems to be a bit of a trend. In our last loss our offense's morale was a bit low (as expected). But, my frustration is on my WR's. They have had extremely low morale after every single game. Even when the passing game was great. I take 1 WR at a time and watch the film to try and figure out WHAT is bringing his morale down, and I come up with NOTHING. No dropped passes or anything. Wish I could figure this out!

Yeah I can't figure out why a QBs morale would be so low...its like the defense has the ability to target a QBs morale and lower it every play....its ridiculous.

I was being sarcastic, you have to expect morale to be low when there are multiple SAs that actually lower the QBs morale every play, that multiple players can have each play.

I'm more curious about WR morale. What is bringing WR morale down so much? and, yes, even when they don't have any drops.

My first guess would be that they couldn't get open.
