Curious if any team has used only a 2 back system. I'm thinking 2 RBs and 2 FBs, 2 QBs, 4 WRs and 3TEs is the best way to go. I think we went with 4wrs and 3 Tes this season and its working good.
2 RBs would give them lots of PT and stats, just wondering how the team would do due to stamina and energy.

need 5 WRs at MIN. 2 TEs, one blocking and one receiving, one 1 FB, one power back, one elusive back.

in regards to the backs, make sure they are in at the right situation. Elusive on 2nd and 12 for example, PB in on 3rd and 1.

Also, keep the PB in on passing downs.

dual QBs are good, both need to be unselfish guys though, as they'll only get 20 or so passes at most a game.

I have 5 WRs on the team I'm coaching, and I'm struggling to get XP for the 5th guy. I also have 3 HBs, and they don't get as many carries as I'd like, but I'm not sure if I'd be comfortable with just 2.

Also, we split snaps with the QBs. 20 passes a game each? This is Pee Wee baby, run the rock!

I know this guy won a championship last season with only 2 backs.

But I noticed he added a 3rd back recently.

LOL we had 6 HB's for the first few games. Guys from last season all created a HB for this season.

I had a to drop a couple HB's

5 WR's at min? Have you played much pee wee? A receiving TE? Have you played much pee wee? Forget about my question, if you're throwing 20 passes a game I have my answer. I ran 2 HB's last season and didn't have many problems, I also had one rushing FB that I could use to take some of the carries. Running 3 this season and having a hard time getting all three enough snaps. My advice is you should be fine with 2 guys, as long as you know the agent can build a good back, if one of those two is crap it would be one hell of a handicap.

I currently have three HBs on my team, but I only use two of them for rushing. The third HB is a special teamer.

If I had to give a number on skill positions for a Pee Wee team, I would go with 2 HBs (a 3rd if you want a returner), 2 FBs, 2 QBs, 4 WRs, and 1 TE. TE would be blocking only.

Sure by week 20 you can do some damage, but you don't exactly have a receiving tight end as a core member of your team much before then.

No, but having that play in your playbook means that you can't blitz everyone up the middle. I'll just go around you and hit you on the other side.

I hit that play a couple times last season, but found that a screen to an elusive HB was much easier to complete and usually had the same result against a heavy blitzing team.

I started with a speed back, power back, and an early boosting back to help us through the first four games. The early booster is about to hit the bench though and hang it up for the season.

2 back is what I use with all my teams peewee or not. It works great tbh.

even better, have you 2 HB's, power and elusive, and have a pure running FB boost early to carry you for the first few games, same idea, less FP.

True, I just hate the FB running plays.
