After fumbling 3 times in the season opener, and losing 2 of them, Mags turned it around this week, with 18 carries for 120.5 yards for a 6.7 ypc. Mags also showed he was a threat in the passing game, hauling in 16 receptions for 151 yards and 5 TDs. He had a 9.4 avg, w/ 13.4 YAC. He also broke 10 tackles along the way.

Offense- (tie)
CC Hawkeye (WR)- 13 receptions, 225 yards, 2 tds
Cory the Bomber (QB)- 27/31 passing (1 of those a drop), 343 yards, 4 tds, 0 turnovers

Defense- some good solid performances, but nothing "great"

Is this for all games in the calendar week? ie. the player of the week for the week will be the player who played the best in the first 3 games combined?

After game 3 on Thursday. We will start a new thread that will be used exclusively for each teams' 1 offensive and 1 defensive POW. Each team will have until midnight Thursday to offer up their 2 nominations. Friday will be the day one person from each team votes for an offensive and defensive POW.

Remember, your players can only win POW if your team submits a vote, and you cannot vote for a player from your own team.
