The power rankings are one thing, but going into the latter part of the season who does everyone think the best team is? Honestly, (yeah, i'm biased) but i think the two best teams are projected to go head to head right now in the first round of the playoffs. Thats Denver and Compton. IMO Obviously LA must be doing something right same with Honolulu and Houston, but the one team i do not want to play right now would be Denver.

The best team in ratings and the best team in record is obviously different. I'd give the nod tot he Arsenal, they have a goudy record and deserve the number 1 spot. For me the top 5 looks like this:

Arsenal
Bulls
Toros
Vikings
Outlaws

The Fighters are just on th eoutside looking in. But honestly, the Outlaws have been the most underachieving team. The most overachieving team I would say would be us, the Bulls. In almost all of our games we've been out-leveled and won. The Outlaws have the level to beat everyone but something is missing. The Vikings have the solid all-around team that needs consistency. The Toros have no clear weakness and an amazing defense, while the Arsenal have done everything right when thye needed too and have an outstanding defense as well. In my opinion the team most likely to win the Championship is the Arsenal or Toros. They have all the pieces and coordinators and gameplanning that they need to make a run.

huh? I understand pulling for your own team, but come on, compton lost 2 out of the last 3. Obviously to good teams but not sure how you can say Compton is one of the two best. Same with Denver. Yes they have the players but their record shows that they are not the best. I think JT's assessment is spot on.

You can always lose the next 4 games so you're seeded 6/7/8. If you do that, Denver will surely be seed 4 and avoid each other at the Wild Card Round.

I don't enjoy the idea of playing any of the other top 5 teams at the first playoff round. :/

He was spot on. Your team is overachieving. If you look at the levels of players and the depth, i believe my Vikings can play with anyone. Obviously LA is good, same with the Bulls. Hell you guys beat us i can't deny it. But with looking at everyone's team i was saying that i would rather play LA, Honolulu, and Houston rather then Denver. They are just that talented.

True...Denver has too much talent...I'm not sure how that guy recruited all those players. Looking back on it, a tie isn't necessarily bad considering the level differences. I think I still could have done some things differently tactics wise that could have gotten us the win though.

That missed FG in OT didn't help either

Denver's chemistry is horrible. That goes to show that talent isn't everything in GLB.

Talent isn't everything, that is true. But the levels that Denver has helped to keep that tie away from a win.

Denver is a force to be reckoned with. I like to think that my 3 guys are apart of that force.

You are right, because he won't get a chance while my NT is up your QB's ass all day long.

I'd have to say that the Arsenal, Bulls, and Toros are the 3 best in no particular order. Denver may have some high level players, but it takes more than a few high level guys to make a good team. Hell, look at the Washington Redskins for the past decade or so. They have went out and bought as many star players as the could, but it still didn't turn them into a championship team.
