This was my first player, so I now know I should have put all my EQ into one attribute. I learned and have corrected that on the rest of my players, except one.

Agility and vision are his biggest needs.

Unless I am mistaken, your base attribute without equipment are speed=59, agility=53, vision=51. If it were my player I would get speed to 61, then agility to 61, then speed, to 68, then agility to 68, then vision to 61 with all of the equipment going to speed.

yeah speed is still a little low for a level 36 CB
