assuming you have both at 15, and assuming you play 15 plays in the 1st quarter, you have:

A) 76% chance of being +0% to all attributes for the 1st quarter, +5% for the 2nd quarter, and +11% for the 3rd and 4th quarters.

B) 24% chance of being -10% for the 1st quarter, -5% for 2nd quarter, and +6% for the 2nd half.

The A scenario is incredible. And now we can start working on other VA's. but we only get one shot at these VA's, because if you have only 1 or 2 points in these VA's, it is detrimental to your player and team. They can only be chosen after a reset.

I dont think there will be many games that you dont get 15 plays in 1st quarter, unless your not a starter.

What do you guys think, is this a good move or not???

B would only be +1% for the second half.

I'm trying it out. So far the QB is 5/5 1TD in the first quarter. I'm using a 75/25 run/pass ratio in the first quarter to nullify the penalty. All short passes. I'm going to up it to 65/35 for the next game, if it works ok at that ratio I think it's a viable strategy.

Dont forget to add Big heart as your 3rd VA if you have more points to spend

Now it's 13/14 2 TD in 3 games. I think this works pretty damn well, and we'll probably keep it after the reset.

I'd say your QB needs to be better than decent to use this strategy, not to mention being able to run for a quarter and still move the ball.

Tried it on two of my teams and wasn't overly impressed with the results. Of course it was only for two games.

Would it be better to throw 10 in Streaky, Slow Starter and Big Heart (not sure how many VXPs are given throughout a career...possible to get all 3 to 15?)

At worst you'd be -10%, -5%, 1%, 1% but you'd have 20% of Big Heart waiting incase you fell behind. So that line now becomes 10%, 15%, 21%, 21% (in any given qtr if you fell behind by 14).

At best you'd be 0%, 5%, 11% (for most of the third), 11% and if you still fell down 14 Big Heart boosts you (in any qtr) 20%, 25%, 31% (for most of the 3rd), 31%.

I think I math'd right.
