Just wanted to make sure nothing's changed in that regards, was going to put most of my SPs into speed and eventually 3rd cap it this season.

Here's my d.t. playing NT. who the hell ever made it a staple to have low speed and nothing but str for a NT. he looks just as good playing NT as he does DT.

It's time to revolutionize the position.

Anyone else feel like DTs got nerfed pretty hard this off-season? I'm looking at this test game http://test.goallineblitz.com/game/game.pl?game_id=881 with a DT that has 100 agi/85 spd/70 str with 0 sacks and that's a bit discouraging to me. Is that just a lack of str or is it something else?

Obviously a NT built like a pass rushing DT will be good against the pass. But yes....having low speed on a NT is kinda bad. However, you DEFINITELY don't want him getting trucked by a power back or center so he has to have high str.

Lack of strength...that speed is way too much and does no good if the DT cant break a block.

It's not going to be anything complicated. A ton of strength and agility will give you really high pass rush bars, and it generally makes a tackle better.

I will say that he has higher vision that most DTs.
