the team we play next runs nothing but cover 0,
so i am a little new to run the DAI what plays are the cover 0?
and for the offense what is a good way to exploit there 1 defensive play?

Cover 0 = man coverage/flats

Just make them double team I guess and hit the TE

You can't really "exploit" Cover 0 generally, you just have to beat it. Go to your best matchup. Try to stick your fastest WR on their slowest CB. If they do something like not cover the HB or FB, I suppose you could, but the point of Cover 0 is largely to guarantee they have a guy covering everyone even when they double someone or bring extra blitzers.

How's your rushing game? Because you if can get through the line and 2nd level you've got a TD since the safeties usually line up over receivers.

Yep, good to run up the middle or off tackle vs Cover 0. Pitches generally don't do as well since they may have double teamed the WRs on the outsides and have extra defenders there.

For the passing game, go with your fastest WR or TE, maybe streak routes, the goal is to get behind all their guys and make a catch.

Deep post routes and inside rushes, I would say.
