Your speeds a 39. Plus 10 eq points. Means your speed was at 24 before you dumped your SP's into it. You need to read the forums about waiting till you get a skill plus sp's greater then 48 before you spend sp's. That way it will max out your training plus give you free LV ups. Your guys not bad but you cost yourself on the back side by not knowing what you were doing.
