He was on a broke team for the past two years, so he doesn't have his lvl 32 or 40 EQ. So you can factor that into his build. He's built to be a pass rushing OLB in a 3-4, but I think he can play any LB position on the field in any scheme. Active agent, boost/custom etc. Would like to be on a winner or a team looking to be a winner.
