sweet mother of god! nice build!

I'm for all in tackling. I'd train jumping and speed too.

softcap tackling then train speed up, then when u have enough SPs to softcap speed, train it so it's at 95+% then add SPs to softcap it as soon as possible. so when u hit the next softcap at 60 or 68 u can train it to the next point. jumping also helps with tackling range from what i hear.

Currently train speed/tackling...not sure if I am ready to softcap speed just yet, though tackling is a good option.

I like the jumping suggestion though.

SA?

Good advice and I agree...but it's not my first rodeo

Tackling, Jumping and Speed

work those 3 up and this is a beast!!

as for your question, I'd consider putting all 20 into Tackling, though maybe some in Break Thru or Line General.

Like steeks said for a NT, focus on Line General. Break Thru is good too. If you get your speed up at some point, you could try shed block.

you should consider training up conf/stamina to at least 48, or maybe adding some points with training

take points out of strength as it's indicated there is no benefit past 120 and put them into agility

113 Str/100 Agi would be awesome. Agree with training Spd/Jmp and capping Tkl.

Where is that indicated?

retire, or sign to one of my teams

that's pretty sick. I'd try playing with str/agi, switching around a piece of eq, to see if there's a change in performance. In particular if you can schedule back to back scrimmages against the same team.

As far as training, yea, tackling for sure then probably speed and get that jumping trained up to 30 if possible, along with some eventual points in breakthrough he'll be a force in the center unless the inside run gets totally nerfed.

Do those numbers include VAs and are they real? My slow built lev 40 DT isn't close to matching that...
