If I may make a suggestion....combine some of that equipment. Your player will be better for it with all of it in speed.

yeah i actually did that on purpose. when i first started playing the game the team i went to needed balanced players and not specialty players since they were a new team. not sure whats up with the link though, i copied and pasted it from my address bar.
