Here it is: the perfect balance of speed, agility, and power that is nearly impossible to bring down. Der'Shaard's skills were carefully developed under the tutelage of a serious and gifted offensive coordinator. He is a fantastic power RB with more agility than you ever expect from a guy with this much strength. He breaks multiple tackles per game, and is basically able to get positive yardage regardless of the defense.
