thats right, ive decided to make a tournament. if you think you are a top 21 capped team, join up in this tournament.

32 teams optimally, i will post more rules shortly as more teams sign up.

single elimination, i will make the 32 team bracket out of four regions, 1 to 8 seeds based on past performance and current expectations.

i will take the 32 best teams, because i want this to be competitive. if there is also a team that has players that are far too high or far too low i will remove them from the bracket.

the deadline to sign up is the last day of season 8. after the rollover i will be making the bracket and announcing first round matchups
