assuming he's a MLB, you need to get speed, agility, and tackling all to the next cap. I'd probably go in that order.

he is a MLB according to his teams depth chart. speed is close enough to the next cap where it should just be bumped up and then focus on agility but your agility is way too low for a MLB.
